Working with Lynn, owner and founder of Luna World Travel is like having a reliable friend give you insider expert knowledge along every step of your travel experience.
I didn’t know about travel when I was a kid. Our family went camping every summer to a remote part of the Sierra’s. I always dreamed of staying in an actual hotel (instead of a tent, with my little brother on the other cot)!
After college I took a position at a Management Consultant firm, and 2 weeks later they sent me to live in Melbourne! I didn’t even have a passport! That experience opened my eyes to the world around me and I was forever changed. My career later took me to live in Dublin and then (briefly) in Paris. As an event producer, I traveled the world creating and managing trade shows, events and weddings.
I finally put my travel and event experience to work when I started Luna Travel. This agency is a vehicle by which I can help others enjoy meaningful travel. I know all too well both the joys and the pitfalls of travel, and I am able to navigate my clients’ trips so they enjoy the best experience. I’m detail-oriented, on task and love to make people happy, which is a good combination for a travel advisor!
I continue to travel, as it is a big part of my life. I haven’t yet seen the whole world, but it’s on my list. I’m usually gone a few months at a time. You’ll often find me in Bordeaux or Barcelona setting up my office for a long stay. Along the way I take a cruise, inspect hotels, interview private guides and test local restaurants. I have friends in every port, and love connecting with them.
Currently based in Manhattan Beach, California; Lynn brings more than 30 years of extensive travel industry experience to Luna Travel.
Lynn has lived across the globe in various destinations including Melbourne, Dublin and Paris. Through personal experience, she has developed deep destination knowledge, and some good friends along the way – from private guides, elite concierges, and artisans around the world.
From around-the-world trips to a jaunt through the National Parks, Lynn provides world class service with attention to every detail. She takes great pleasure helping her clients experience their best dream vacations.

The travel bug bit Lisa at the young age of 16 when she experienced international travel for the first time as an exchange student to Melbourne, Australia. Lisa recognized very quickly that wanderlust flows through her veins.
Upon completing her college education, Lisa embraced a year-long working holiday across Europe, which not only expanded her horizons but also solidified her desire to integrate travel into her personal and professional life. Her career journey eventually led her to launch a startup focused on culinary tours, blending her love for travel with her passion for food. Even after moving on from her entrepreneurial venture, Lisa's passion for exploration remained undiminished.
